Your day with us

• Receiving, recording and forwarding driving orders
• Creating the daily dispatch overview and allocating drivers
• Planning, organising and continuously optimising school bus routes
• Telephone and written communication interface between customers, driving staff and internal specialist departments
• Point of contact for all concerns for external partners and internal contacts

What makes you stand out

• Completed commercial training or equivalent further education
• Experience in dispatch, deployment planning or customer service
• High customer orientation with solution-oriented and structured working style
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally dispatch software
• Resilient, flexible and responsible team member
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
