For our SAP Finance Operations organisation, we are seeking an experienced, resilient and strong leadership personality. In this key role, you will be jointly responsible with your team for the stable operation of our SAP Finance landscape and actively drive its further development in the sense of a modern BizDevOps model. You ensure the smooth operation of business-critical financial processes, shape the future SAP Finance architecture and act as the central interface between business, IT, architecture and external partners.

What you achieve

• Technical and personnel leadership of a team in the SAP Finance Operations area
• End-to-end responsibility for SAP Finance services along the BizDevOps approach
• Ensuring stable operation of SAP Finance solutions (FI/CO) on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Supporting transformation and migration projects in the SAP Finance environment
• Managing incidents, changes, releases and continuous improvements
• Further development of the SAP roles and authorisation concept as well as ensuring compliance and audit requirements
• Co-designing the SAP Finance strategy, roadmap and target architecture
• Close collaboration with business units, product owners, architects and external service providers

What you bring

• Several years of leadership and operational experience in complex SAP landscapes
• Sound knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Deep understanding of financial processes, especially in general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting and controlling
• Experience with service management, BizDevOps organisations and agile working methods
• Practical experience in release, change and stakeholder management
• High resilience, decisiveness and strong implementation orientation
• Confident demeanour as well as very good communication skills in German and English
