Clerk Sales Administration & Export 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Responsibilities:
Recording and checking customer orders in the internal system
Communication with business customers regarding open questions and ongoing orders
Preparation of sales documents and support in administrative sales processes
Clarifications with suppliers regarding availability and procurement of materials
Assistance in organising cross-border goods deliveries
Invoicing as well as processing order-related final tasks
Management of documents and updating relevant data records
Taking on general commercial tasks within the administration
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification with practical experience in internal sales or administration
Knowledge in customer care and dealing with business partners
Interest in purchasing processes, material procurement and international delivery processes
User knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with company software systems
Independent prioritisation and structured handling of multiple business transactions
Flexibility and willingness to learn with changing administrative requirements
Resilience, personal responsibility and strong teamwork skills
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; other national languages are welcome
