ICT Supporter ERP & Integration w/m/d

These tasks will inspire you

• Handling of 1st & 2nd-level tickets related to ERP, applications, and interfaces
• Analysis and resolution of faults as well as development of workarounds
• Monitoring and analysing errors and logs in ERP, integration, and messaging processes
• Investigation of data flows between ERP and connected systems
• Support with EDI processes and communication with business partners
• Coordination and targeted escalation of complex technical issues to external ICT partners
• Documentation of solutions, error patterns, and recurring problems
• Building and maintaining a knowledge base for 1st-level support
• Participation in ERP projects, changes, and optimisations

We look forward to this profile

• Training or further education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in 1st and/or 2nd-level ICT support
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Interest in and understanding of interfaces (APIs, web services, XML, etc.) and system integration
• Analytical and structured approach to fault finding
• Enjoyment in understanding technical contexts and addressing causes rather than just symptoms
• Good communication skills with users, specialist departments, and ICT service providers
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
