Project Manager Thermal Networks

Your area of responsibility

In this versatile position, you are responsible for the successful realisation of energy networks with a focus on district heating network projects. You take charge of managing complex construction projects and ensure their timely and budget-compliant implementation.

• Planning, management and implementation of district heating network projects within the framework of energy networks; experience in project management of network projects is essential
• Responsibility for tendering, awarding and network project management throughout the entire construction phase until completion in pipeline construction
• Leading large and financially intensive projects to success
• Designing and coordinating the diverse interests of all stakeholders
• Assuming leadership tasks within the projects and enforcing project goals
• Identifying, assessing and deriving opportunities from risks throughout the entire project duration
• Collaboration with the internal project team, consisting of programme managers as well as project managers from the energy centre, sales and communications

Your profile

You bring a solid technical education and convince with your leadership experience in project management – ideally in network or district heating network projects. Your understanding of business management contexts and your communication skills enable you to establish sustainable relationships with internal and external partners.

• Technical basic training, e.g. as an engineer or HF technician
• Proven experience in leading and implementing network projects, preferably district heating networks
• Sound business management understanding
• Confident in project leadership
• Comprehensive experience in project management, contract management and communication
• Ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships with authorities, customers, suppliers and partners
