Your tasks

• Language expert in the background: You love the German language and skilfully juggle words with style. Whether demanding correspondence or legally sound contracts – you put complex matters precisely and flawlessly on paper
• Reliable hub: You have the team’s back, take responsibility for administrative processes, and always keep an overview of daily business
• Organisational talent: Priorities, structure, order are not a must for you but a passion, and you can communicate with everyone in a way that works
• Quality seal: You are the internal safety net and have a sense of what needs to be kept an eye on. Before messages and documents leave the company, you give them the final polish and ensure every detail is perfect and the target audience is addressed correctly
• Team support: In collaboration, you help everyone remember everything and keep appointments. You see yourself as part of the team, which can only be successful together

Your profile

• You have a commercial education and have already gained initial experience in the assistance area
• Your German (C2) is top-notch. You love to formulate precisely, and your written correspondence makes an impression
• You are an organisational talent who anticipates, is structured, and always thinks two steps ahead
• You have MS Office under control. You use apps and AI tools effectively and efficiently to achieve and communicate valuable results
• When things get hectic, you keep a cool head, filter the important from the urgent, and know all relevant priorities
• It is in your personality to live discretion, loyalty, and trustworthiness with conviction
• Reliability and identification are natural to you, and people can rely on your word
• You are alert, like to get stuck in, and are not too proud to help pack or unpack, or in other words: you love the ticking of an SME
