On behalf of our client, an organisation in the Neuchâtel region, we are looking for a Deputy Finance Manager at 80-100%.

Deputy Finance Manager - Neuchâtel

Do you wish to hold a position of responsibility, combining financial expertise, budget management and the leadership of cross-functional projects? You will assist the finance management in running the department and actively contribute to the development of processes, tools and internal control.

Your tasks:
- Supervise general and analytical accounting, participate in closings and audits.
- Contribute to budget preparation, controlling and financial analyses.
- Ensure the reliability of financial data and compliance with internal control.
- Assist the finance management and coordinate the department's activities.
- Participate in projects to improve and digitalise processes.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile:
- Qualification: Bachelor + Swiss Federal title (Federal Diploma or Finance & Controlling Expert)
- Proven experience in a similar financial role in Switzerland.
- Strong skills in accounting, controlling and internal control.
- Experience in project management or team coordination is an asset.
- Rigour, autonomy, analytical mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
