Non-profit foundation, recognised as a public utility and acting on behalf of the State (public service delegation) and the second largest health organisation in the canton, the FASD plays an essential and systemic role in maintaining the Jura population at home. In the next two decades, the number of people over 80 years old will increase significantly.
To meet these challenges, the FASD is continuing its transformation and strengthening its Finance department with a key position. We are looking for a candidate to start at a mutually agreed date for the role of:
Financial Manager (70-100%)
- You ensure the daily operational management of the Finance service and supervise your team.
- You ensure the quality of administrative management in partnership with the care department and coordinate monitoring and development actions.
- You develop management control and reporting for the attention of the management and the Foundation Board.
- You lead the budgeting process and consolidate data provided by sectors and services.
- You implement the internal control system (ICS) and oversee financial and administrative processes (closing, accounting, debtors, creditors, salaries, treasury).
Desired profile:
- Bachelor's degree in economics / federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting (or equivalent training) and 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Ability to supervise and unite a small team on a daily basis.
- Autonomy and organisational skills, ability to collaborate with other departments complete your profile.
