For our School of Health we are looking for a person for a

BM-W Internship

Your tasks

• You will take on administrative tasks in the directorate secretariat or in the secretariat of the Bachelor Nursing degree programme: You will answer calls, process mail and emails, issue confirmations and manage student files.

• You will format documents such as minutes, notes and forms.

• You will coordinate appointments and assist in organising meetings.

• You will welcome visitors to the School of Health, answer calls and handle enquiries from students.

• You will create statistics and graphics.

Your profile 

• You have completed compulsory schooling.

• Your mother tongue is German or French.

• You enjoy working in a team.

• You have a quick grasp of things.
