This is your task:
- Overall responsibility at emineo for 1st-level/2nd-level support for our 200 employees in Switzerland (Baar and Zurich) and Spain (remote)
- Support areas: hardware (laptop, peripherals, printers), VMs (Windows and Linux), laptop operating systems (Windows, partly Linux/MacOS) and Office 365 applications
- Collaboration with site managers and our external IT providers for 3rd-level support
- Setting up/configuring new laptops and workstations
- Participation in projects (internal and customer projects)
- Creation and maintenance of documentation
- Evaluation and procurement of hardware, software and peripherals
What you bring with you:
Professional
- Completed IT apprenticeship and experience in IT support (at least 4-5 years) in the mentioned tasks
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (AD, EntraID, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune/Autopilot and Teams telephony). Advantageous: Linux server and MacOS
- Knowledge in Windows Server and IaaS infrastructure
- Very good German skills (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2).
French is an advantage
