Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the operational procurement process
• Recording and processing orders for stock and commission goods in SAP
• Checking and tracking order confirmations
• Scheduling management for ongoing orders
• Clarifications with suppliers regarding incorrect deliveries, delivery delays, damages and returns
• Assistance in invoice and credit note control
• Implementation of the central purchasing strategy according to specifications

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training or further education in logistics/purchasing
• Structured, precise and independent working style
• A flair for numbers and processes
• Experience in purchasing or knowledge of the sanitary industry is an advantage
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, SAP MM)
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, good oral French skills
