THIS MAKES YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE EXCITING:
- You accompany SMEs in the introduction and adaptation of the Abacus modules around HR and payroll.
- After your induction, you take on your own projects and clients – with colleagues who support you at all times.
- Together with the clients, you analyse their processes, capture requirements and document them clearly.
- You configure and implement the appropriate solution directly at the client – usually over several weeks, often on site.
- You conduct workshops and user training and ensure that clients are confident using the system.
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Enthusiasm for software, digitalisation and efficient HR/payroll processes.
- Quick comprehension, eagerness to learn and ambition to truly understand your clients’ business.
- A commercial education and ideally further training (FH/HF, HR specialist certificate or similar).
- Several years of experience in HR or payroll accounting.
- Advantage: first contact with Abacus or another ERP system.
- An uncomplicated, humorous personality – we laugh a lot, also at ourselves.
