Your place of assignment

You will work from home and at clients' locations throughout French-speaking Switzerland. Ideally, your place of residence is in the canton of Vaud or Fribourg.

Your tasks

Ensure after-sales technical service in the fields of respiratory protection, high-pressure compressors, and customised solutions (maintenance and repair, as well as new installations and commissioning). You organise your work independently, in consultation with the fire brigade manager, and ensure that the tasks assigned to you are carried out systematically, within the given deadlines, and reliably. Furthermore, once your training is complete, you will train the fire brigade equipment managers in the technical field. You support sales and advice regarding maintenance contracts as well as repairs, and you ensure that information about the installed equipment is accurate and that any discrepancies are documented.

Your strengths

You have completed training as a mechanic, electrician, or in a similar field, and you have practical experience in after-sales service in the field. You are a member of a fire brigade (volunteer, professional, or company). Knowledge of measurement and control technology is desirable. You are proficient in using a computer (MS Office, Outlook). You have excellent spoken and written skills in French and German. The job interview will be conducted in German. Good command of English is an advantage. You work independently, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and quality awareness; you have a customer-oriented attitude and are communicative. A category B driving licence and availability for special interventions are mandatory.
