Customer Relationship Advisor
Main tasks
- Act as the first point of contact to inform or direct clients by phone
- Respond to requests related to our basic banking products and digital services (e-banking, Twint, etc.)
- Perform various administrative tasks related to phone calls
- Identify business potentials and refer clients and prospects to the appropriate departments
- Active advising and selling of the product range
- Inform, support, and actively collaborate with other bank services
Professional skills and abilities
- Training in the commercial field (CFC commercial employee or equivalent)
- Experience in the financial sector or several years of experience in call centers
- Ease in advisory and sales activities
- Oral and written communication skills
- Perfect command of French and at least one foreign language (German, English, etc.)
