Demand Planner

About the job

We are looking for a solution-oriented, resilient and communicative Demand Planner 80-100% for our dynamic Supply Chain Operations team.

Your tasks

• As a Demand Planner, you are the hub between sales, order processing, logistics and production planning.
• You coordinate the rolling review of the sales plan with the sales departments.
• You coordinate customer demand and capacities in the short, medium and long term.
• You coordinate the co-packing and co-manufacturing processes with external partners as well as the intercompany business.
• You are responsible for logistical evaluations and interpretations of key figures (KPIs) for the S&OP process and provide recommendations for action.
• You lead logistics and planning projects to optimise processes and further develop the department.
• You are an SAP key user and responsible for an SAP add-on.

You bring with you

• You already have more than 5 years of practical experience in the field of supply chain and have completed training at HF level, process technology, supply chain or a comparable qualification.
• You enjoy preparing and analysing figures and have very good knowledge of SAP.
• Through target group-oriented communication, you are able to win employees from different departments and levels for the implementation of good ideas.
• You have a good sense for complex manufacturing or production processes, can think in a networked way and are characterised by analytical and conceptual skills.
• You communicate effortlessly in German and English and possess a healthy assertiveness.
• You are self-reflective and enjoy working in a team.
