Move the future of mobility in the Jungfrau Region with us. As part of our team in the rolling stock area, you will take on a key role in building and further developing the procurement and logistics organisation. You will have plenty of scope to drive sustainable improvements and establish modern, ERP-supported procurement processes. In doing so, you will work in a technically fascinating environment around the maintenance of a unique railway fleet and effectively apply your organisational talent as well as your technical know-how.Specialist: Procurement & Logistics Rolling Stock
Your tasks- Building and further developing a modern, ERP-supported procurement and logistics organisation for the rolling stock and workshop areas
- Introduction and optimisation of procurement and storage processes in close cooperation with central purchasing
- Responsibility for the procurement of materials, spare parts and services
- Establishing a forward-looking material requirements planning and ensuring economical inventory management
- Identifying and realising purchasing and optimisation potentials
- Maintaining and developing the supplier network as well as conducting price and contract negotiations
- Technical coordination of operational procurement and logistics tasks in the workshops
Your profile
- Technical or commercial basic training with further education in procurement, logistics or supply chain management
- Several years of experience in procurement, logistics or materials management
- Very good ERP knowledge and experience with digital procurement processes
- Technical understanding of vehicles, machines or technical components
- Negotiation skills, initiative and implementation strength
- Analytical and structured working style
- Experience in the railway, industrial or maintenance sector is an advantage
