The Office for Informatics (AFI) is the IT competence centre of the Canton of Zurich. It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for directorates, authorities, the judiciary, and independent institutions. Commissioned with the implementation of the new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the Office for Informatics accompanies and supports the Canton of Zurich into the digital world.

Your tasks:
- Analysis and modelling of business processes in the area of input/output management in scanning/printing
- Gathering, structuring, and specifying functional and technical requirements together with various stakeholders.
- Conducting and moderating workshops and interviews to develop future-proof solutions.
- Creating and maintaining use cases, user stories, and requirements documentation.
- Supporting the technical implementation as well as planning and coordinating tests.
- Responsibility in demand, incident, and change management as well as close collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Coordinating external suppliers and promoting knowledge transfer within the service environment.
- Further development and optimisation of document processes considering high quality and security standards.
- Identifying optimisation potentials and actively shaping modern IT services.
Your profile:
- University degree (FH/Uni) in business informatics or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in requirements engineering, business engineering, or a similar role.
- Enjoy analysing complex requirements and developing viable solutions together with different stakeholders.
- Experience in test management, project management, or document management is an advantage.
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style as well as strong communication skills.
- Very good German skills and good English skills.
