In this key role, you assume overall responsibility for human resources at Certas Ltd, actively participate in their strategic development and strengthen our team. Contribute as

YOUR MISSION WITH US
You lead and develop our HR team spread over two sites (5 employees)
You ensure professional and legally compliant human resources management throughout Switzerland (including payroll management)
You provide efficient HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
You develop our HR strategy and ensure its effective implementation
You are the management's partner for strategic and operational HR matters
You manage HR controlling, key indicators, reporting as well as budgetary processes
You lead HR projects and successfully advance them in collaboration with internal and external partners
You target the development of our HR management processes, systems and tools
You actively advance key topics such as talent management, succession planning and employer branding
You are responsible for internal HR marketing and HR communication
