At Fairwalter, you inspire our customers with a unique customer experience.

Your task

In our motivated team, you actively work to simplify property management in Switzerland. You accompany our customers through their digital daily routine and answer their enquiries. At the same time, you shape our digital presence to specifically reduce enquiries. With your practical experience, you advise customers on an equal footing and bring their feedback directly into our product.

You genuinely enjoy daily interaction and are motivated to understand the needs of our customers. From their questions and feedback, you enthusiastically create understandable Help Centre content and provide valuable impulses for the further development of Fairwalter. You combine this customer-focused mindset with your experience from the real estate sector and support our team with your practical know-how.

• Property management:

You have several years of experience in property management and know the challenges from practice.

• Real estate accounting:

You understand how real estate accounting and service charge statements work in practice.

• Real estate software:

You are curious about digital solutions and have a feel for simplicity. You enjoy explaining complex software functions clearly in daily interactions.

• Personal responsibility:

You approach topics independently, think along, and actively get involved. You are curious and eager to learn. You actively contribute to the development of Fairwalter.

• Clear communication:

You communicate clearly and enjoy exchanging ideas with customers and colleagues.

• Language skills:

You speak fluent German and English.
