The Rückenpraxis Seefeld is a practice specialising in back complaints and fully digitalised, fostering a family-like atmosphere. We support our patients from the initial assessment through conservative and interventional pain therapies to spinal surgical procedures with follow-up care.

Our team consists of three specialists, two therapists, and other motivated and committed staff. We maintain an uncomplicated, family-like environment with short decision-making paths, offering room for own ideas and innovations.

Your diverse tasks

• Reception, friendly care and accompaniment of our patients
• Organisation of consultations and coordination of appointments
• Patient administration with electronic medical records
• Digital processing of invoices and other administrative and organisational tasks
• Active participation and contribution of own ideas to optimise our practice processes

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience at reception, ideally in healthcare
• Good IT user skills and confident mastery of the 10-finger system
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a strong service orientation
• Friendly, professional and well-groomed appearance
• Organisational talent as well as an independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Resilience and ability to work in a team, even in hectic situations
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as perfect understanding of Swiss German
• Good to very good English skills; further language skills are an advantage
• Discretion, sense of responsibility and confident handling of confidential patient data
