Your main tasks:

Warm welcome of our customers in the business and on the phone.

Competent order acceptance:

Arranging workshop appointments, recording customer wishes and joint vehicle handover.

Interface to the workshop:

Close cooperation with our workshop manager and mechanics.

Planning workshop capacity and monitoring appointments.

Quotations and billing:

Preparation of cost estimates, explanation of invoices upon vehicle return.

Customer care:

Advice on accessories, tyres and services.

You bring with you:

Foundation in the automotive industry:

A completed basic technical training in the vehicle industry or commercial training with good technical understanding.

Experience in customer service:

Ideally, you have already worked in a similar role in the service or customer service of a garage.

Communication skills:

Good German skills in spoken and written form, any additional language (Italian) is a great plus.

Service mindset:

You remain calm, friendly and solution-oriented even in hectic moments.

IT skills:

Confident handling of common dealer systems and MS Office.

Driving licence: Valid category B licence.
