Customer Support Representative

What makes your everyday life exciting?

• First point of contact for customers via telephone, e-mail and digital channels; handling incoming service and order enquiries
• Responsibility and coordination of the order management process (sales & service) from quotation to invoicing
• Processing returns, warranty cases, price enquiries and status updates on orders
• Coordination of service deployments with field technicians and ensuring clear communication with customers
• Maintenance and updating of customer, order and service data in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP)
• Creation and management of service cases, maintenance contracts and associated documentation
• Ensuring that all customer interactions are properly documented and tracked
• Close collaboration with sales, service, finance and logistics to ensure smooth processes
• Support of internal sales as well as involvement in data quality and administrative tasks

What do you bring?

• Initial professional experience in customer service, order management or internal sales (approx. 1–3 years), ideally in a technical or industrial environment
• Strong communication skills with a clear customer focus
• Structured and reliable working style as well as the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Solution-oriented thinking with high personal responsibility and commitment
• Confident handling of digital tools and systems (e.g. MS Office)
• Fluent English skills; German skills are a great advantage
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and/or ERP systems (e.g. LN or SAP) is an advantage
• Ideally a background in a technical, industrial or laboratory-related company
