Our client is a highly successful service company in the field of electrical and building technology. In the internal service, we are looking for a colleague for customer advice regarding the installation and application of technical instruments at the headquarters in Zurich-Horgen, in addition to the 78 employees in a 7-person internal service team, immediately or by arrangement, as
Technical Clerk 'Electrical' in Horgen - also possible as an entry-level office position 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks - You:
- independently support and advise customers from the region and partly from all over Switzerland
- independently handle the wide-ranging enquiries and orders regarding the application and installation of instruments and devices with the backing of the collegial team
- seek solutions for project-related enquiries
- make clarifications "on the front line" with installers and at the manufacturer’s plant
- administratively and organisationally support the field service or customer technicians
- provide technical components (own warehouse on site)
- participate in trade fairs and training courses if interested
Your profile - You:
- have a technical apprenticeship in the field / electrical installer / electrical engineering / mechanics / electrical / heating technology / automation technician or air technology etc.
- have experience in dealing with customers or a flair for it
- possess or plan further training as a technical merchant, commercial school or have initial office experience
- are proficient in using a PC (MS Office advantageous)
- are an open and proactive personality with an independent working style
- are fluent in German and preferably speak a little French
- are at least 22 years old; your spirit counts
