Your Tasks

You advise our customers on door communication systems by telephone in all technical matters (quotation requests, system problems, orders) in German and French. You develop solutions for new tasks, handle special orders and create technical documents (installation diagrams, mechanical drawings and accompanying papers). You support colleagues in the field service with project preparations and promote optimal cooperation with internal and external departments. You especially enjoy working in a team, but also independently, punctually and accurately.

To perform these tasks efficiently, you have completed a basic electrical training as an electrical installer or multimedia electronics technician/ radio-TV electrician.

You are a step ahead if you already have initial experience in network technology (VoIP) and would like to further your education in this area.

Requirements Profile

• Completed electrical training and several years of professional experience
• Enjoyment of telephone and written customer contact as well as strong communication skills
• Even in hectic situations, you keep a cool head and act thoughtfully
• You value teamwork and actively contribute to collaboration
• An independent and efficient working style is natural to you, while always keeping the team and other areas in mind
• Confident use of MS Office as well as experience with ERP and CAD systems
• German as main language and good knowledge of French
