Managing Director 80-100%
In this leadership role, you bear the operational overall responsibility for the cooperative. You have direct responsibility for the five areas of property management, caretaking, finance, cooperative culture, as well as construction and maintenance. In total, you lead around 36 employees.
Based on the strategy, goals and framework conditions set by the board, you ensure the professional, economical and sustainable management and further development of the cooperative. You are responsible for operational and financial control, accompany significant construction and renovation projects, and drive digitalisation as well as the optimisation of structures and processes. In doing so, you maintain a close, trusting and binding collaboration with the board, prepare well-founded decision-making bases and ensure the consistent implementation of its resolutions. You represent SILU competently towards cooperative members, authorities and other partners.
For this versatile and responsible role, we are looking for a
strong and empathetic leader
with a solid higher education in finance, business administration, real estate or construction. You have several years of leadership experience with personnel, organisational and financial responsibility. Ideally, you bring in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, non-profit housing developers or the cooperative environment.
You combine entrepreneurial and strategic thinking with pronounced implementation skills, economic responsibility and a cooperative, clear leadership style. You communicate convincingly, act with integrity and understand how to promote employees, take responsibility and carefully reconcile different interests. Enjoyment in dealing with people and the willingness to be present in the settlements complete your profile.
