Your IMPACT & your mission

• Responsibility for safety, quality, and smooth production processes in plastic injection moulding
• Ensuring timely implementation of the production programme and coordination of machine maintenance
• Identification and implementation of process improvements using Lean methods
• Analysis of relevant key figures and close cooperation with internal interfaces
• Technical and personnel leadership as well as continuous development of your team

Your mindset

• Completed technical training with appropriate further education
• Ideally experience in plastic injection moulding
• More than five years of leadership experience in a production environment
• Knowledge of Lean management principles and experience in their practical application
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment in identifying and implementing optimisation potentials
• Good ERP and MS Office skills, MES knowledge is an advantage
• Motivating and team-oriented leadership personality with strong implementation skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Good English skills (at least level B1, ideally B2)
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift model
