You are a member of the management team and responsible for co-designing and achieving the annual goals, planning, organising and ensuring a smooth daily operation. Furthermore, for compliance with hygiene guidelines as well as quality standards according to ISO 9001 and environmental standards according to ISO 14001. You work closely with the catering management and report directly to the director. You are supported by your two junior sous-chefs and a young, motivated team of around 10 employees including 3 apprentices.

You are an entrepreneurial thinker. Your passion for the profession as a cook is an asset to our establishment. You have several years of professional experience in a comparable operation. Your leadership talent, which you have already successfully demonstrated, is characterised by openness, clear direction and inclusion of your employees. You keep an overview even in hectic situations and motivate your team to top performance with joy. You work in a very lively operation and therefore also like to work on various stations from time to time. You direct and support your team during both lunch and dinner service as well as on weekends. You plan your shifts independently and, like the whole team, benefit from the possibility of a 4-day week. You master classic upscale cuisine, are creative yet down-to-earth.
