Amaris is recruiting a Packaging Project Manager (M/F) to join its teams in Biel, Switzerland.
🔥 Your responsibilities:
- Manage the various phases of study, industrialisation and packaging development, relying on internal skills and external partners.
- Support requesters in defining and formalising packaging specifications.
- Independently monitor project milestones and ensure their proper execution.
- Manage schedules, costs and deadlines to guarantee the achievement of set objectives.
- Ensure clear and regular communication on project progress and prepare periodic reports.
- Capitalize on feedback, disseminate best practices and contribute to the development of the team’s expertise.
- Keep up to date with scientific and technical developments in packaging and plastics, in collaboration with partners.
- Systematically integrate sustainability issues into reflections and solution choices.
🎯 Your profile:
- You hold an HES/EPF engineering degree in mechanics, microtechnology or an equivalent qualification.
- You have proven experience in project management in an industrial environment.
- You possess good knowledge of plastics, polymers and processing techniques.
- You are an open person with a keen sense of organisation and communication.
- You know how to unite teams and work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- You demonstrate rigour, organisation and autonomy in managing your activities.
- You have a developed analytical and synthetic mind and are resolutely solution-oriented.
