Macam AG Insurance Services is an independent insurance broker based in the heart of Zurich. With over 30 specialists, we support companies throughout Switzerland with demanding insurance and risk matters. We are expanding our real estate and construction team and are looking from 1.1.2027 for a committed, dynamic personality who wants to take responsibility, expand their expertise and develop further with us.

Your main tasks include:

• Supporting mandate management in the care, maintenance and expansion of the customer portfolio, especially in the construction & real estate sector
• Preparation of submissions and comparisons
• Accompanying and supporting customers in the event of a claim
• Administrative tasks such as checking and processing incoming correspondence
• Efficient and independent management of the database

You enjoy working with people, have at least a commercial education in the insurance sector. Ideally, you have already completed insurance-specific further training or are motivated to do so. You work diligently, precisely and proactively.
