Your tasks
- Professional and organisational leadership of the team as well as ensuring goal achievement, quality, and efficient collaboration.
- Support, motivate, and develop employees through feedback and development discussions.
- Project management for the introduction and further development of the laboratory module in the clinical information system KISIM.
- Analysis and optimisation of processes as well as HL7 interfaces between KISIM and diagnostic specialist applications (e.g. LIS, pathology, radiology).
- Creation of concepts and specifications as well as testing new developments and customer-specific adaptations.
- Consulting and training of customers as well as carrying out individual parameterisations of the laboratory module.
- Close collaboration with customers, project teams, and internal development to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Co-responsibility for the continuous development and optimisation of the laboratory module.
Your profile
- Professional and leadership experience in a similar position.
- Training in healthcare (e.g. BMA HF), in medical informatics, or a university or university of applied sciences degree with corresponding experience.
- Familiarity with laboratory processes, ideally also experience in other areas of the diagnostics team.
- Experience in LIS projects or in the parameterisation and connection of LIS systems.
- Ability to capture complex requirements in a structured way, analyse them, and develop and document sustainable solutions together with teams.
- Systematic, transparent, and solution-oriented working style with the ability to motivate teams and actively promote collaboration.
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as confident, persuasive appearance in communication with customers, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, ideally very good English skills. French skills are a plus.
