Junior System Engineer
(80-100% immediately or date to be agreed)

Your tasks:

• Provide level 2 IT support in French and German (handling, diagnosing and resolving client requests and incidents, remotely and on-site)
• Install, configure and maintain workstations, peripherals and network equipment, remotely and on-site
• Ensure supervision of client infrastructures, backup control and maintenance operations
• Participate in IT deployment and migration projects
• Keep technical documentation up to date and comply with current procedures
• Attend training and keep up to date with technology to develop your technical skills

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an IT specialist in ICT operations and infrastructure or equivalent training
• Valid driving licence (category B)
• Native French or German speaker, with good knowledge of the other language
• Basic knowledge of the following technologies and environments: Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networks (Switch and Access Point), firewall, backups, IP telephony
• Service-oriented, client-focused and good interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset, autonomy and problem-solving ability
• Sense of priorities, rigorous and methodical approach
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team
• Keen interest in new technologies and motivation to develop your skills
• Knowledge of the following technical environments is an advantage: Microsoft Entra ID, Sophos firewall, cybersecurity, 3CX telephony. Don’t master all these technologies yet? No problem! Your motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn are as important as your technical knowledge.
