The Faculty of Social Sciences is advertising 1 assistant position in political behaviour at the Department of Political Science and International Relations.
The successful candidate will be required to teach the following courses at the Bachelor level in political science, including supervising and marking exams as well as monitoring students:
- 2 seminars in the Bachelor of Political Science
- Supervision seminars for Research Projects in Political Science (Bachelor in Political Science)
The candidate will also be expected to develop their own research with a view to writing a doctoral thesis and to produce scientific publications.
Required qualifications and skills
- Hold a Master’s degree in political science or international relations or an equivalent qualification
- Demonstrate skills and a strong interest in research in political behaviour
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and English

The candidate will be hired on a two-year DIP contract which may be renewed for two successive periods of two years and one year respectively. The maximum duration of the assistant position is five years. The thesis topic must be officially submitted to the Faculty before the end of the first year.
