Lecturer for Human Resource Management with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (60 - 80%)

About the job

• Design practical and innovative courses in the Bachelor, Master and continuing education programs in the field of Human Resource Management
• Support students in analyzing and implementing sustainable diversity-sensitive change and transformation processes
• Support companies in developing evidence-based and diversity-sensitive HR, leadership, and organizational strategies
• Acquire, conduct, and lead third-party funded projects in research and services
• Take on professional and personnel responsibility in the subject area and optionally lead a specialist group
• Strategically further develop the subject area in the context of New Work at a business school and actively contribute to profile building

• PhD in Business Administration or an HRM-related discipline with proven expertise in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Specialization in at least one of the following dimensions is desired: age, (social) background, dis/ability, sexual orientation and gender identity, neurodiversity
• Experience and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer in teaching and continuing education at the university level
• Several years of professional and/or entrepreneurial experience after the PhD related to HRM, organizational development, and DEI
• Strong stakeholder orientation (clients, students, and community) as well as a (inter)national network
• Very good German and English skills at level C1
