Variety between technical support, infrastructure, and project work.

Responsibilities:
You develop the technical basis of our IT services further and ensure stable platform operation.
You support clients, peripheral devices, and digital work environments and assist employees with technical concerns.
You maintain accounts, access models, and security permissions for controlled resource use.
You handle user requests, analyse hardware and software faults, and improve operational processes through targeted scripts and automation.
You participate in modernisations and system renewals, document operational knowledge comprehensibly, and ensure availability during on-call shifts.
Qualifications:
You have an ICT qualification or have acquired comparable knowledge through many years of work in IT operations.
You are proficient in handling Microsoft workstations, M365, hypervisors, as well as data storage and recovery solutions.
You understand the interaction of end devices, server services, and cloud-based platforms.
You bring knowledge in scripting and infrastructure as code, preferably PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform.
You convince through conceptual thinking, initiative, and a careful working style, speak fluent German, master technical English, and hold a category B driving licence.
