The Admin Hub is part of the Switzerland Projects staff and works closely with specialist departments as well as other staff functions. We support the Switzerland Projects area with professional administrative services and provide relief in the daily work of our internal customers. As a learning and future-oriented unit, we continuously develop our working methods and seize the opportunities of digitalisation.
We are looking for an Administration & Services Specialist in Lucerne from 01.11.2026 or by arrangement. Those who enjoy taking responsibility, shaping change and finding solutions together as a team are exactly right with us.
Your tasks- Taking on administrative and organisational tasks as well as services for the Admin Hub and various specialist departments
- Fixed administrative contact person for the assigned specialist departments
- Administrative support of projects and events of the specialist departments
- Ensuring professional and service-oriented communication and collaboration
- Active participation in the Admin Hub team and taking on deputising duties
- Contributing to the further development of administrative services and bringing in improvement suggestions from everyday work
- Supporting the introduction and use of digital working methods and solutions
- Completed commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in an administrative role in an environment with different stakeholders and in accompanying end-to-end processes
- High digital affinity as well as interest in new technologies and digital working methods, very good knowledge of MS 365
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as very good knowledge of French, conversational English skills are an advantage
- High service orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with different specialist departments and interfaces
- Solution-oriented mindset and interest in actively shaping the further development of the Admin Hub
- Experience with digital platforms and applications is an advantage
