Your HR playing field with a flair for numbers

You love HR in all its breadth and don’t want to be just a cog in the machine? Here you take responsibility, make quick decisions and help shape things. You manage HR from the first to the last day of employment and, depending on your workload, also take a look at Finance and Office. We are looking for you for our innovative client with a start date immediate or by arrangement.

These are your tasks

• You create HR-relevant documents such as employment contracts, references, termination confirmations and agreements
• You manage the entire employee lifecycle, from entry to exit
• You coordinate recruitment with the line managers as well as onboarding and ensure new colleagues get off to a flying start
• You independently carry out the monthly payroll processing (approx. 43 employees), maintaining the data accordingly in Abacus
• You keep social insurances, absence management and time management under control
• Depending on time, workload, ambition and aspirations, additional tasks are available to you: such as in occupational health management, fleet administration, invoice postings, minor process optimisations.

What we expect from you

• You work in a structured, very independent and reliable manner
• You communicate very well in German and well in English
• You bring several years of experience from a comparable HR role
• You have a commercial basic education with HR further training
• You know Abacus or have a strong IT affinity
• You enjoy processing payroll and are familiar with the legal framework conditions as well as social insurances.
