Your tasks

• Maintaining and further developing hybrid cloud environments
• Advising customers in the areas of network, security, server, virtualisation and data backup
• Taking on technical responsibility for ICT infrastructures as a fixed contact person
• Designing and implementing customer projects such as migrations, system renewals and cloud integrations
• Implementing security measures within the scope of customer projects
• Analysing and resolving complex faults as well as continuously optimising existing infrastructures

Your profile

• Training as an IT specialist in system technology EFZ or comparable qualification
• At least three years of experience as an ICT system engineer, preferably at an IT service provider or in an SME environment
• Experience in planning and implementing customer projects
• Very good MS Office, Windows Server, Entra ID and Azure knowledge
• Sound knowledge in network technology, virtualisation and security
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Driving licence category B & rooted in Central Switzerland
• German: confident (C2)
