What you can achieve:
In this role, you take on the professional and operational leadership in the reception area and report directly to the Sector Head of Reception. Together with the other site managers, you form the leadership team and can thus directly influence the development of your employees.You ensure that the client’s tasks are carried out correctly, are responsible for achieving the required results and for compliance with all specifications in the defined subprocesses. Optimal customer and employee satisfaction is your top priority.
Leading and promoting your employees through consistent support as well as conducting periodic qualification discussions and supervision is central to you. Your working hours are partly based on the needs of the client but primarily on those of the employees, who mainly work Monday to Friday.
What you bring:
- Enjoyment of customer contact
- Leadership experience or willingness to gain initial leadership experience
- Enjoyment of working with people and teamwork
- High resilience and a confident appearance
- Communicative yet discreet
- Good manners, well-groomed appearance
- Good German language skills (C1)
- Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
