About the job
Your Tasks
- You are a Scrum Master by passion, motivating the team to continuous improvement and helping to remove obstacles daily
- Organisation and moderation of Scrum events (Daily, Sprint Planning, Retro, etc.)
- Taking on tasks in the context of scaled agility (e.g. participation in PI Planning, support of RTE, etc.)
- Conveying the agile working method and rules to your team members
Your Skills
- Good knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) as well as solid knowledge in organisational development
- You are an empathetic, team-oriented and quality-conscious personality
- Besides strong moderation and communication skills across all hierarchical levels, you bring resilience, solution orientation and negotiation skills
Your Profile
- You have completed initial training
- You have good oral and written expression in German (C1) and a good basis in English (B1) and ideally French
- Completed further training courses in agile methods are an advantage (e.g. Professional Scrum Master (scrum.org), Certified ScrumMaster (ScrumAlliance), SAFe Scrum Master)
- Good knowledge of tools such as Miro, O365, Confluence and JIRA is an advantage
- Proof of practical experience (at least one project and several years of experience) in a coordinating role in an agile team (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, DEV Lead)
