Job Description:

• Internal 1st and 2nd level support for our employees using Jira Service Management

• Receiving and handling hardware, software, as well as network and communication issues

• Locating, narrowing down and resolving faults

• Initiating escalation procedures and monitoring escalations

• Monitoring and intervening to ensure the availability of hardware, software and network

• Processing and responding to feedback from our employees

• Conducting Welcome Day (IT part) and writing Viva Engage posts

• Participation in projects within the area of responsibility

Requirements:

• Completed training and/or further education as an IT specialist

• Team player with a service-oriented mindset and approach

• Structured and quality-oriented personality with organisational skills

• Understanding of complex systems and their dependencies

• Committed and team-oriented conduct

• Your mother tongue is German, English is an advantage
