The contribution you can make
- Oversee controlling and reporting according to current regulations, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines and customer satisfaction
- Prepare, analyse and refine reports, statistics and business economic evaluations as well as periodically perform the accounting period closing in the Controlling (CO) module
- Manage CO objects, master data and SAP authorisations as well as provide technical and specialist support
- Design, manage and optimise controlling and reporting processes, as well as ensure their continuous development
- Draft and update process documents, work instructions, guidelines and the internal control system (ICS); perform internal controls
- Advise clients and specialist departments, conduct training courses, collaborate on new version releases, ERP-related changes and projects, and coordinate related tests
What distinguishes you
- Diploma from a specialised upper secondary school or a university of applied sciences (e.g. expert in finance and controlling, specialist in finance and accounting)
- Several years of professional experience in controlling and reporting as well as solid knowledge of business economics
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP FI and S/4HANA, excellent command of Excel and knowledge of data protection and information security
- Strong analytical, conceptual and systemic thinking skills; great aptitude for numbers combined with a structured, independent and responsible working method and a strong goal- and result-orientation
- Team spirit, performance orientation, good communication and moderation skills
- Excellent knowledge of one official language and good knowledge of a second official language
In summary
You will ensure correct, timely and transparent controlling and reporting within the Finance Service Performance Centre (CPS FI). In this role, you will optimise processes, manage SAP authorisations, ensure the internal control system (ICS), data quality and compliance with audit requirements, and further develop reporting. As an interface for clients, specialist departments, auditors and external partners, you will develop practical solutions and share your specialist expertise.
