Your apprenticeship with us
During your three-year training, you will get to know the versatile world of administration and gain insight into various areas of our social organisation. You will work with different teams, take on responsibility and can apply your knowledge directly in practice. Among other things, you will get to know the following areas:
- Internal services: reception, telephone and mail
- Management: support with projects and administrative tasks
- Fundraising: collaboration in the care of donors
- Communication: insight into internal and external communication
- Human Resources: personnel administration and organisation of further training
- Accounting: collaboration on various tasks related to finance and bookkeeping
This way you get a versatile insight into the work of a commercial employee and find out which tasks suit you best.
What you bring with you
You are curious, motivated and eager to learn new things. You enjoy working with other people and tackle tasks independently. You bring:
- Secondary school A with good grades, especially in the main subjects German,
- French, English and mathematics
- Enjoyment of varied administrative tasks
- Reliable, careful and independent working style
- Good communication skills in German and French and enjoyment of contact with people
- Good knowledge or a diploma in the ten-finger system is an advantage
- Team spirit and good manners
- Interest in our work and in the topic of people with disabilities
