ERP Application Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 (56367)

Task

For a client, we are looking for an experienced ERP Application Manager with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support and further develop an international ERP landscape. In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and continuous optimisation of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) as well as Business Central. You act as a technical contact on a global level and actively drive the further development of the ERP systems. Your tasks also include planning and leading international rollouts as well as managing and implementing IT projects and subprojects. You coordinate external IT partners and suppliers and ensure smooth collaboration. In the operational area, you are responsible for first-, second- and third-level support and advise users on professional and technical issues. Furthermore, you take on leadership responsibility in building and further developing ERP application specialists, including resource planning and promoting best practices as well as knowledge exchange.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or comparable qualification
• Further training in the business environment is an advantage
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
• Experience in application management as well as in the operation of ERP systems
• Solid experience in leading ERP projects
• Knowledge of industrial processes
• Very good German and English skills
