The Swiss Bankers Association (SBA) is the voice of banks in Switzerland. As an umbrella organisation, we represent the interests of our members towards business, politics and the public. We bring knowledge together, think ahead and set topics that move the Swiss banking centre today and in the future.

Do you have your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in hand and want to apply your knowledge in practice? Then you are in the right place with us. We deal with central political and regulatory issues around the Swiss banking centre. Do you want to help shape it so that it remains strong, stable and versatile? Then apply for a six-month internship with us starting February 2027. You can expect a varied insight into a dynamic and exciting environment in the heart of the Swiss banking world.

• You draft templates and raw texts for posts, emails, articles and newsletters.
• You organise webinars and – together with partners – events.
• You support an expert group on the topic of Blended Finance – from organisation to the creation of specialist inputs.
• You support the Sustainable Finance team in project and committee work and thus gain insight into additional topics such as regulation.

• You have a degree in economics, banking & finance, economics, environmental or sustainability sciences, international relations, political science or a comparable field related to Sustainable Finance.
• You are linguistically strong, interested in working on new topics and can quickly recognise connections.
• You enjoy collaborating with our members on various topics and have organisational talent.
• You can communicate clearly and understandably in writing and orally in DE, EN and preferably in FR.
• You enjoy working in a team and contribute actively and with initiative.
• You are motivated to gain practical insights into the field of Sustainable Finance and develop new skills.
