Infrastructure Facility Manager, 80% - 100%, by arrangement

Your daily responsibilities

• Cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of buildings, outdoor areas, and traffic zones
• Carrying out maintenance, specialised, and deep cleaning
• Assisting with site maintenance, groundskeeping, and winter services
• Organising and performing waste disposal and recycling tasks
• Supporting moves, events, as well as minor repairs and assembly work
• Documenting completed work in the CAFM system

Your profile

• Training in operational maintenance, building cleaning, facility management, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in cleaning, site maintenance, or facility management
• Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
• Strong quality awareness and enjoyment of cleanliness and order
• Team spirit, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality
• Driving licence category B
