For our client, an established organisation in the healthcare sector in the Biel region, we are looking for an HR Specialist 60-80% to start immediately or by arrangement. You can expect a versatile HR role with a lot of independence and close contact with various stakeholders. The workplace is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.
Your tasks with the new employer
- You are responsible for personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle and ensure reliable and timely processing of all administrative HR processes
- You competently advise and support managers on various personnel issues and act as a reliable contact person for them in the operational HR day-to-day business
- You accompany and coach the line on personnel matters and help to develop suitable and practical solutions for different situations
- You actively participate in the implementation of personnel policies and personnel development measures and contribute your experience to the further development of existing HR processes
You offer your new employer
- You have a commercial basic education as well as further training in human resources, for example as an HR clerk or HR specialist with a federal diploma
- Several years of professional experience in personnel administration and/or a versatile HR generalist role enable you to handle your tasks independently and professionally
- You have very good MS Office skills, communicate confidently in German and have good French skills for everyday professional exchange
- An independent, structured and precise way of working as well as a flair for numbers, discretion, loyalty and strong social and organisational skills characterise you
