Your Tasks
- You work on diverse tasks and structural challenges related to the preservation of property value throughout the lifecycle
- You advise, plan and implement small and medium-sized renovation projects
- You are responsible for timely, cost-effective and quality-compliant execution
- You advise and represent the interests of the client in medium-sized renovation projects
- You support property managers with technical construction questions and budgeting
- You actively maintain internal and external customer relationships
Your Profile
- You have completed a basic technical construction education and further training as a Technician HF, Architect FH or Civil Engineer FH
- You bring several years of professional experience as a project manager of renovation projects
- You possess a high technical understanding, have a pragmatic mindset and act solution-oriented
- You are resilient and have very good organisational skills to handle several projects simultaneously
- You are digitally savvy and have the ability to actively embrace change
- You have a strong customer orientation and maintain a partnership-based approach
- You have an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting as well as pleasant manners
- You are a team player and contribute your expertise profitably within the team
