The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Grisons mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection", our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars – and an impressive 5,000 m² spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Confident handling of MS Office programmes, as well as Outlook and TAC system
Professional experience in 5-star hotels preferred
Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage
Team player, responsible and flexible
Well-groomed appearance and professional manners
Empathetic and discreet personality as well as service-oriented demeanour

Advising and caring for guests

Coordination of treatment appointments
Management of the e-mail account
