Your Tasks
- Independent recording, maintenance and structuring of article and supplier master data in the ERP system for central procurement
- Ongoing updating and quality assurance of master data according to MDR, IVDR as well as national requirements (MepV/IvDV)
- Ensuring high, consistent and verifiable data quality through master data standards, error analyses and periodic checks
- Systematic cleanup of historical legacy issues (duplicates, outdated or incomplete data records)
- Professional support for users on master data-related questions as well as participation in training and documentation
- Active participation in the further development and optimization of the ERP system (e.g. tests, adjustments, process improvements)
- Close cooperation with purchasing, logistics, OP, quality management and finance
- Participation in projects as well as in the continuous improvement process (CIP) focusing on data quality, compliance and process security
Your Profile
- Completed training, preferably in commercial, logistical, technical or medical-administrative environment
- Experience in master data, data or process management, ideally in healthcare
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Structured, precise and reliable working style with high quality and sense of responsibility
- Initiative, teamwork skills and enjoyment of systematic work with data
