Your area of responsibility

• Independent management of an attractive real estate portfolio (residential and commercial properties)
• Ensuring the ongoing maintenance of the properties
• Responsibility for budgeting and budget control
• Preparation of reports and condition reports
• Determination of market rents and implementation of annual planning
• Leasing, acceptance and handover of rental properties
• Support and assistance with complete renovations and new construction projects
• Contact person for owners, tenants, authorities, craftsmen and caretakers
• Implementation of rental contract and rent changes

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training as well as a professional certificate in property management
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the real estate industry
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with REM or GARAIO REM
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Professional appearance, team spirit and very good manners
